There is a power in where you look.

Hi Reader! ✨

In quantum physics, an electron has two natures.

A particle — electron's location at a certain point. And a cloud — a movement within a field.

When physicists try to locate where the electron is, they discovered something that we still do not have a full explanation for:

The act of looking in a certain direction within a cloud, increases the probability of finding the electron there.

The attention of the observer directly affects the observed.

This is called the collapse of the wave function — and it is one of the first clues in science that attention has power. That attention itself changes a system.

Where do you bring your attention?

On this Sunday reflection day, notice where you bring your attention.

If your mind patterns have been falling into overthinking, rumination, and worry —

If your low back, neck, and shoulders have been holding the chronic tension that stretching or massages only provide temporary release for but never seem to fully restore —

If you have been sensing that the version of you who used to feel light, driven, playful, fully present, and doubtless in their pursuits, has gone quiet — and you are not sure how to call it back —

Then, I invite you to join Be Me. To learn more and reserve your spot, tap the link below:

In this program, we will turn your full attention to the most important person — You.

Dear Reader, Today, on International Yoga Day, millions of people across the globe are rolling out their mats — and I want to invite you to something deeper than the poses. Yoga is the stilling of the changing states of the mind OR Yoga is the complete settlement of the activity of the mind. That's it. That's the whole practice. Physical poses, self-care, ethical decisions, raised...

Good morning Reader! We've been talking about the signals your body reads — and the way those signals shape how you perceive life. Today: breath. 🌬️ Breath is the signal your body reads at the most rudimentary level. You can use it to rev yourself up with energy. Or to calm yourself down when the logical mind has shut off — in a panic attack onset, in emotional flooding, in any moment when your system has shifted into fight or flight. In that state, all energy flows away from your logical,...

Good morning Reader✨ I wanted to share this post I came across on Facebook this morning from Dr. Mark Hyman. Dr. Mark Hyman is a 15x New York Times bestselling author, family physician, and an international leader in Functional Medicine. He said: I had to share this with you because it lands right on top of where we are. Remember the first signal we looked at — thought? 💭 Your thoughts are not just thoughts. They are signals. And your body — down to the cellular level — is always listening....
