Good morning Reader! We've been talking about the signals your body reads β and the way those signals shape how you perceive life. Today: breath. π¬οΈ Breath is the signal your body reads at the most rudimentary level. You can use it to rev yourself up with energy. Or to calm yourself down when the logical mind has shut off β in a panic attack onset, in emotional flooding, in any moment when your system has shifted into fight or flight. Physical poses, self-care, ethical decisions, raised...
Hi Reader! β¨ In quantum physics, an electron has two natures. A particle β electron's location at a certain point. And a cloud β a movement within a field. When physicists try to locate where the electron is, they discovered something that we still do not have a full explanation for: The act of looking in a certain direction within a cloud, increases the probability of finding the electron there. The attention of the observer directly affects the observed. This is called the collapse of the...
Good morning Readerβ¨ I wanted to share this post I came across on Facebook this morning from Dr. Mark Hyman. Dr. Mark Hyman is a 15x New York Times bestselling author, family physician, and an international leader in Functional Medicine. And your body β down to the cellular level β is always listening....
